Although Kalkan has its own pebbled beach, there are beautiful sandy beaches close by - including Patara Beach, featured as one of the Mediterranean’s most beautiful and undiscovered beaches - and the dramatic cove of Kaputus. Kalkan offers several beach clubs, accessed by water taxi as well as various water sports and diving opportunities. Private or shared gullets provide a perfect way to explore the coastline.

- Take a trip on a gulet around the islands of Kalkan Bay
- Have a traditional Turkish Hammam
- Visit a traditional Turkish Barber
- Visit Kalkan’s Thursday market
- Enjoy the beach clubs by boat taxi
- Have a meal on one of the roof-top restaurants to savour the views
10 - 15 minutes from the villa:
- Visit Kaputus Gorge and beach
- Visit Patara Beach (birthplace of St. Nicholas) and explore the Byzantine and Roman ruins
- Explore the Byzantine and Roman ruins at Xanthos.
- Visit the authentic mountain village of Bezirgan, set amidst rock tombs (850m above sea level)

- Visit Kas and enjoy the incredible coastline journey/paragliding available from here.

- Visit the Sunken City at Kekova and Kale – this is worth the longer journey.
